Lisa Cavelier
CEO, Boys & Girls Club Pasadena

Lisa Cavelier serves as the CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena. Serving as CEO since Fall 2018, Lisa has led the Club into a period of organizational growth, including expansion of the Leadership Team, new investments in facilities and programs, development of two additional service sites, surviving the global pandemic, and navigating the Club’s response to the devastating Eaton Fire.

 

With a nonprofit management career spanning more than 25 years, Lisa Cavelier’s history includes positions as Assistant to the US Ambassador to France; Executive Director of the Nancy Reagan Foundation; Chief Operating Officer for the California Art Club; Vice President of Guest Services for the 2015 Special Olympics World Games Los Angeles; Director of Collaborate PASadena; and now CEO of Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena.

 

For ten years, Lisa was the President of Cavelier Productions, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in marketing, organizational development, public relations, and event management. During that time, she managed numerous projects in and around Pasadena including with nonprofit organizations Day One, Pasadena Educational Foundation, Junior League of Pasadena, as well as the City of Pasadena and the Pasadena Unified School District.

 

Lisa has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Child Development and Family Studies from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and resides in South Pasadena. Over the years, she has been an active volunteer in both Pasadena and South Pasadena, serving repeatedly as PTA President, and sitting on multiple boards and committees. She has been married to her husband Bruno for 37 years, who she met while living in France, and has a grown daughter and son who live nearby.
